Anxiety, depression, and trauma-related condition.

Substance misuse and dual diagnosis

Behavioural concerns or emotional regulation difficulties

We recognise that healing is not just clinical — it’s cultural, emotional, and personal. That’s why we focus on building safe, culturally connected support environments grounded in trust, consistency, and respect.

As part of our daily support, we help participants engage in practical, meaningful activities that support mental wellbeing and strengthen identity, routine, and purpose. These include:

Assisting with daily routines such as showering, grooming, and preparing meals

Cleaning and creating calm, safe home environments

Encouraging physical activity and movement

Fishing, hunting, or walking on Country

Supporting visits to community gatherings or services

Gathering bush foods or spending quiet time in nature

Facilitating participation in yarning circles, healing groups, or men’s/women’s spaces

Providing transport and support to health, counselling, or Centrelink appointments.

We work closely with families, Elders, and local support networks, recognising that strong connections are key to recovery and resilience. We also assist with referrals to mental health professionals and services when more intensive support is needed.

Our approach is simple:

We don’t push — we walk alongside our participants, honouring their pace, their choices, and their cultural foundations.
